Terms of Use
Rules for the public website and educational content
These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the public website operated by Nexus CMC Advisors (“Nexus”). Contact: questions@nexus-cmc-advisors.odoo.com. They do not, by themselves, establish a consulting engagement.
1. Public website use
You may access the public website for lawful business and informational purposes. You must not interfere with website operations, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest personal information in violation of law, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, or use the website to infringe the rights of others. Nexus may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the website or comply with applicable law.
2. Intellectual property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, website copy, original graphics, selection and arrangement of content, trademarks, and other materials belong to Nexus or their respective licensors. You may view and share links to publicly available pages and quote limited excerpts with appropriate attribution where permitted by law. No license to reproduce substantial materials, use Nexus branding, or redistribute paid or restricted materials is granted without permission.
3. Informational and regulatory content
CMC Perspectives, illustrative scenarios, service descriptions, and other public materials provide general information regarding pharmaceutical development and regulatory CMC issues. They are not a substitute for program-specific scientific, technical, quality, legal, or regulatory advice. Requirements and agency positions may change. No statement on the public site guarantees an IND clearance, regulatory approval, manufacturing outcome, submission acceptance, or other agency action. See also our Professional Disclaimer.
4. No consulting relationship from site use
Accessing this website, requesting a consultation, submitting an inquiry, or reading Nexus content does not by itself create a client-consultant relationship or obligate Nexus to accept an engagement. A consulting relationship arises only under the applicable executed agreement and agreed scope of services.
5. Inquiry submissions
Provide accurate business contact details and a nonconfidential summary of your inquiry. Do not submit confidential CMC data, trade secrets, protected health information, or other sensitive material through public website forms. Nexus may use submitted contact information to respond to your request as described in its Privacy Policy. Unless expressly agreed in writing, an initial inquiry does not impose an obligation on Nexus to review, preserve, or treat unsolicited technical details as confidential client materials.
6. Links and third-party services
The website may provide links to scheduling services, LinkedIn, or other third-party platforms. Nexus does not control those services and is not responsible for their independent terms, policies, or availability. Sharing a Nexus article through a third-party service is subject to that provider’s requirements.
7. Website availability and content changes
Nexus may correct, update, suspend, or remove website content and features. While we strive for accurate descriptions, public content is provided on an “as available” basis and may contain inadvertent errors or become outdated.
8. Relationship to consulting agreements and portal terms
Project scope, deliverables, payment, confidentiality, intellectual property in work product, limitations of liability relating to consulting services, and dispute resolution for engagements are governed by the applicable signed agreements. Authorized users of the private Nexus portal may also be subject to separate Portal Terms and security rules. These public website Terms are not intended to alter those agreements.
9. Updates and contact
We may revise these public website Terms and post a new effective date. Questions about permitted use or alleged infringement may be sent to questions@nexus-cmc-advisors.odoo.com.
