Master Consulting Agreement

This Master Consulting Agreement is used in combination with individual Work Orders and Sales Quotations to outline the terms and conditions of all consulting service agreements. Upon Client acceptance and signature of a quotation, the terms and conditions set forth in this Master Consulting Agreement is considered read and agreed upon by the Client.
